We haven't spoken about it! Because, it was actually supposed to be a birthday fic for you, but I failed at that. OBVIOUSLY.
Anyway, it was kind of conceptually like All Our Yesterdays. Not a fusion or crossover with it, just a jumping off point for the idea. And all I had was basically opening on Nolan going to Emily and being like, "I BUILT A TIME MACHINE", and she's like, "NO YOU DIDN'T", and then he has proof from her in her handwriting or even video of her explaining it to herself. And this is like the fifth time he's had to tell her, because they keep going back to different points in time to fix things with her Dad and they keep failing. And that's mostly what I have. It would sort of jump back and forth between the past attempts and the current attempt and then future attempts, and Emily trying to decide what to prioritize, whether it's worth it to lose one relationship in favor of another, and so on.
So obviously, I didn't get FAR with it. It's just sort of out there in the ether.
